Virtual Yoga launching soon!
Great news, we are building up our offering of virtual experiences, starting with virtual Yoga classes. You will be guided through 1 hour of Yoga & Meditation with teachers experienced in adapting and giving clear instruction over zoom for visually impaired yogis. The yoga will be aimed at those with little or no yoga experience, yet continuing students are also welcome. Weekly sessions start at the end of September. We anticipate these classes will be very popular, so please register your interest below ASAP.
