From the comfort of your own home, this online wellbeing workshop will help you to create a toolkit of self-help techniques that can help you to beat the stress and to feel stronger, calmer and more relaxed during these challenging times.
Chocolate Making with Sense Adventures
Join us for a series of 4 workshops to create chocolate delights to tempt your family and friends as the perfect Christmas gift. The workshops will be taught by Bim Egan who is visually impaired and is keen to share her passion for conjuring up delicious chocolates.
Creative Writing with Megan Paul
Megan is a regular walker with sense Adventures and she has a Masters degree in Creative Writing. We are excited to offer the first Creative Writing workshop inspired by the outdoors and our connection with nature. But who knows where Megan will take us.
You will be guided through 1 hour of Yoga & Meditation with teachers experienced in adapting and giving clear instruction over zoom for visually impaired yogis.
Virtual Indian Cookery
Sense Adventures is excited to offer Virtual Indian cookery classes specifically for the visually impaired. These classes will work as a Cook Along experience, or listen and cook later.
